HPL Homework Helpers and Reading AmbassadorsEVERY Tuesday and Thursday, 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. in the Teen LoungeGetting homework help from a high school student is fun!Students K-8 can drop in during our Homework Helpers and Reading Ambassadors sessions to receive help from a local high school student.HPL's High School Homework Helpers and Reading Ambassadors can help with homework and read with younger students. Parents will sign in their students and find an available volunteer at one of our designated tables.Homework Helpers and Reading Ambassadors are fun, free and available on a drop-in basis every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon.

Lockdown Safety Drill - Friday, 5/10 @2:30 pm

Lockdown Safety Drill:
On Friday, May 10th at 2:30 pm will conduct a lockdown drill that will include Hinsdale police.
We understand that some parents/guardians may want to opt out of this type of drill for their child(ren).
As the parent/guardian, you have the option to exempt your child, for any reason, from this drill.
If you choose to exempt your child from the drill, you must notify Effey Nassis at enassis@d181.org
NO later than the day prior (Thursday, 5/9) to the drill.
Teacher and Staff Appreciation Ice Cream Truck Event

Windy City Ice Cream will be with us on
Monday May 6th at 3pm.
All popsicles and ice cream bars are $5 each.
We are asking that a parent or guardian attend with your students so we can keep everyone safe.
