Calling all ghouls and goblins from Halloween past!
Thank you to those of you who have donated already – we have a nice collection going so far! If you have not yet had a chance, please take a moment to pull out those gently used Halloween costumes and donate them to the Kids Care Club costume drive. All costumes will be donated to the 75 children in K-8 who receive services through Willowbrook Corner. The collection box is located at the entrance of Oak School through October 11th.
Kids Care Club Members: At our upcoming meeting on Thursday, October 11th at 7:45 am, we will be sorting the costumes and making Halloween treat bags to donate.
WE CAN! RECYCLING DRIVE
Our aluminum beverage can only recycling drive begins this week and runs through November! Kindly ask your children to collect, rinse & bring crushed cans to school, and drop them into our blue recycling container located outside the school’s front doors. Republic Services has generously donated this container, so let’s show our appreciation and fill it! Our goal is to collect 35+ cans per student. We will redeem cans for funds, and then donate to a great cause chosen by our club members!
