November 16: Parent Event – Executive Functioning for Students with an IEP or 504 (Grades 3-5)

Executive Functions are cognitive processes that allow people to plan, organize, make decisions, pay attention, and regulate behavior. The next event in the District’s Special Education Parent Series focuses on these skills among students with an IEP or 504 in Grades 3-5. Parents are invited to Monroe School on Thursday, November 16 (6-7:30pm) to learn about the Executive Functions program from the Rush NeuroBehavioral Center (RNBC) and the curriculum in effect for D181 students. The event speaker is Dr. Georgia Bozeday of RNBC. No registration is required.
