cartoon-yoga-girl-iAAbCF-clipartGirl Power Yoga & Reading by Mission Propelle- ONLY A FEW SPOTS LEFT.

Mission Propelle empowers girls in 1st to 5th grade to discover who they are, what they believe, and how to advocate for themselves. We accomplish this through an after-school program that combines yoga, reading, and mentoring. In each one-hour class, girls develop mindfulness and self-confidence as they practice yoga. They learn how to solve problems by reading original storybooks starring Dottie Tov, a relatable and age-aligned female protagonist. Throughout class, girls learn to apply leadership skills in their everyday lives as they receive situation-based mentorship from trained instructors.

The ten week session runs Thursday, September 15th to Thursday, November 17th. Fee is $150 for returning students and $155 for new students (New students receive a yoga mat). In participation with WHOLE FOODS MARKET all students will receive a weekly e-book download, parent e-newsletter and a goody bad with healthy snacks & coupons ($50+ in value). Class runs from 3:15PM-4:15PM. http://missionpropelle.com/register/
