Thank you to everyone who donated Halloween costumes for our Kids Care Club Costume Drive! Together we collected 7 bags of costumes for The Community House to bring to Willowbrook Corner.

A huge thank you to those of you who purchased books at the book fair for our sister school Drexel, or for donating money for the purchase of books.
Altogether we have 170 new books!
Be on the lookout for a new & gently used book drive later this school year!

Unity Week, October 16-20!

It's Unity Week!

October 16-20th

Unity Week is about anti-bullying, inclusion, kindness and diversity. We have a week of activities lined up and look forward to your child’s participation.


Monday October 16th: Wear Orange!
Please have your children wear the color orange to school to kick off Unity Week.


Tuesday, October 17th: School assembly - At 2 p.m.

Wednesday, October 18th: Unity Day In-Classroom Activities and Anti-Bullying Education


Thursday, October 19th: Mix it up lunch 

Students from different classes will be encouraged to sit together and make new friends.


Friday, October 20th: Dress for the weather! Orange ribbon day.

Each student will write his or her name on an orange ribbon and tie them on trees outside the school to represent their pledge to prevent bullying.

Along with the Unity Week theme of "Lend a hand"
3rd grade student council will host a special Luau to support Maui’s relief efforts

FRIDAY, 10/20 from 3:05pm-4pm

Enjoy games, a craft and the Kona ice truck serving their signature shaved ice in a color-changing cup for $6.

20% of profits will be donated towards Maui relief drive.


Please take time next week to talk to your child about diversity, inclusion, anti-bullying and kindness.
